What data we process and why

To manage your order. Full name, tax ID (NIF), shipping and billing address, phone number, email address and transaction data. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract. Without this data we cannot send you your order.

To comply with our legal obligations. Billing and accounting data. Legal basis: legal obligation (tax and accounting legislation).

To deal with your enquiries. The data you provide when you write to us. Legal basis: your consent or our legitimate interest in assisting you.

For your customer account, if you register. Email address, encrypted password and order history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

To send you marketing communications, only if you expressly subscribe. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

To make the website work and keep it secure. Technical browsing data. See the cookie policy.

We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you, nor do we create profiles for that purpose.

How long we keep it

  • Order data: for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the period required by tax and accounting obligations (six years under commercial law).
  • Customer account data: until you request its erasure.
  • Enquiries: for the time needed to resolve them.
  • Data for marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent.

Who we share it with

We share data only with those who need to process it to provide us with a service, and always under a data processing agreement:

  • Carrier, to deliver your order: TIPSA in Spain and, for shipments to other countries, the carrier for each destination.
  • Payment gateways, to take payments securely: CaixaBank, S.A. and Comercia Global Payments, Entidad de Pago, S.L. (Spain), through the Redsys platform, for card payments; and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg).
  • Web hosting provider, where the shop runs: Arsys Internet, S.L.U. (Spain). The servers are located in Spain.
  • Email provider, to send you confirmations and reply to your messages: a server managed by Okawa Estudio, hosted in the European Union.
  • Public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

Hosting and email are within the European Economic Area. PayPal, for its part, may process data outside the EEA; when this happens, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the adequacy decisions in force.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given.

If you consider that we have not properly handled your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connection across the whole website, restricted access to information and passwords stored in encrypted form. No system is infallible, but we work to reduce the risk.

Minors

The website is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we amend this policy, we will publish the new version on this page. If the change is significant and affects your data, we will notify you.
