Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies we use on polenegafas.com and why, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

What is a cookie

It is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember information between pages or between visits: for example, what is in your basket.

Which cookies we use

Necessary technical cookies. The shop does not work without them, so they do not require your consent:

• _medusa_cart_id — identifies your shopping basket so that it is not emptied when you change page. Owner: polenegafas.com. Duration: 7 days.
• _medusa_jwt — keeps your customer account session open. Owner: polenegafas.com. Duration: 7 days.
• _medusa_cache_id — internal website cache; avoids requesting again data that has not changed. Owner: polenegafas.com. Duration: 24 hours.

These are the only three cookies the shop sets. All three are first-party cookies, are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising tracking.

When the payment gateway is activated, the provider may set its own technical cookies during the payment process, which are necessary to prevent fraud. They will be added to this list at that time.

Analytics or advertising cookies. We currently do not use any. If in the future we introduce measurement or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent before activating them, through a notice in which you will be able to accept, reject or configure them.

How to manage them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that if you block technical cookies the shop may stop working properly: for example, your basket would be emptied.

We will update this policy when the cookies we use change.
