How long will my order take?

Between 2 and 4 working days from confirmation. Shipping is free to all of mainland Spain.

Do the sunglasses really protect against the sun?

Yes. Every model has UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB radiation.

What's the difference between polarised and non-polarised?

A polarised lens filters out glare from tarmac, water or snow. You really notice it when driving and at the beach. A non-polarised lens protects you from the sun just as well, but doesn't remove that glare.

Can I return a pair of sunglasses?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return them, no questions asked, as long as they come back complete and unused. Return shipping is at your expense, unless they arrive faulty or aren't the ones you ordered. You also have a 3-year legal guarantee.

Are they prescription glasses?

No. They are non-prescription sunglasses and are no substitute for an eye test or prescription glasses.

Where do you ship to?

To mainland Spain, for free. We're gradually opening up other destinations (the Balearic Islands, Portugal and European Union countries): at checkout, under “Country”, you'll see the ones we currently ship to, with the cost shown before you pay. For now we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores or outside the EU.
