Shipping and delivery times

Where we ship

  • Mainland Spain: free shipping, no minimum purchase.
  • Other destinations (the Balearic Islands, Portugal and European Union countries): we are opening them up gradually. At checkout, under "Country", only those with shipping available at that time appear, and their cost is shown before you pay.

For the time being we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores or countries outside the European Union.

Orders to mainland Spain are delivered by TIPSA.

Delivery times

We prepare orders on working days. Usual delivery times from order confirmation:

  • Mainland Spain: 2 to 4 working days.
  • Other destinations: between 3 and 8 working days, depending on the country.

Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once we confirm receipt of the payment, so the delivery time starts from that moment.

These are the usual delivery times, not an exact commitment: they may be longer during periods of high demand or due to carrier incidents. If we see that your order is going to be significantly delayed, we will let you know.

Tracking

When the carrier collects the parcel, we send you an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it.

If there is a problem with delivery

  • The parcel arrives damaged: report it to the carrier when you receive it and write to us at info@polenegafas.com with photographs. We will sort it out.
  • You are not at home: the carrier will leave a notice and will attempt a second delivery or direct you to a collection point.
  • The order does not arrive on time: write to us and we will raise a claim with the carrier.

If we do not deliver your order within the agreed period, you may ask us to deliver it within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances and, if that is not met either, terminate the contract and get your money back.

Shipping address

Check the address before confirming the order. If you spot an error, let us know as soon as possible at info@polenegafas.com: if the parcel has not yet left, we can correct it.
